I know there are some issues with getting TC coils to work similarly to Kanthal. Dual coils seem a lot tougher, as does getting a good twisted Kanthal and Ni200 build.
Recently, I've had success with a twisted 28g Ni200 coil. It's only a single coil, but I'm planning on testing out dual coils.
I'm thinking that all of the same wicking benefits of coils like the Clapton should be the same for TC as long as we can get a good reliable reading.
My Mutation X v2 doesn't read reliably, but I'm looking at a better RDA and hoping to make some interesting coils. Anyone have any good suggestions on the type to start on?
I'm thinking a Ni Clapton over Twisted 28G Ni or a Single 26g Ni to start.
Also, when using Nickel with kanthal, do you try to keep the heated Ni resistance lower then the kanthal's resistance? So the electrons follow the same path?
