Arab states banning e cig

Anyway, I'm appaled at the state of Arab governments in regards to e-cigs. For some reason they are brainwashed that e-cigs are not safe. I'm trying to apply for a CR that would allow me to import e-cigs and I can't get it. Main reason they state is that it's more dangerous than normal cigarettes. Sure they are if they are the crappy chinese brands that most people are familiar with in the middle east. Brands like Blu and Green smoke are not the same as chinese brands and are safer.

Anyway, I guess that's the price you pay for living in the middle east.

For more information, most of the e cigerattes in the world made in china since Chinese are the first country produced e cig and they manufacture very good quality kits but as usual in Arab countries everyone care about profit then they import very cheap and bad quality kits, for example in Egypt was have TV advertising for e.cig with 155 l.e plus 30 l.e for delivery, the price of this kit in china is less than 5$, I'm wondering if this people manage to import e cig, why they didn't import good stuff instead of cheating people.

By the way in civilized counties like USA, Canada or Europe they allow importation for e cig device and any liquid without nicotine but in Arab countries they close everything, the most strange issue that they are afraid from nicotine addiction although most of people using e cig they are already addicted from tobacco cigerattes.
