Best price I found on the eVic after holiday discount. Genuine Vision Vivi Nova usually in stock when many are sold out. The eVic was also the freshly updated unit with screws in the control head and preloaded with 1.2 firmware.
Forgot to pack an item on my first order. Sent them an email on a Saturday night, and the item plus a freebie were shipped out Monday morning with no questions asked. They also upgraded the free shipping on the original order from First Class to Priority without request and at no extra charge.
Another huge plus...during checkout you have the option for them to call you back for credit card info rather than submit online. Gonna see how that works out on Monday; placed an order with that option on Saturday evening. Been reading about too much online ID theft lately for comfort, and glad for an extra layer of security.
