I've seen around the various forums that people say Apollo customer service is not very good but I have to say the opposite was true for me. I had a problem with a battery I ordered being dead on arrival and had no trouble at all getting a replacement with my next order.
Indeed the customer service reps could not have been more helpful from start to finish and were both polite and understanding, so I have no problem recommending them wholeheartedly both for their great products and their after sales service.
