Well, seems to me they are all the same length - 38mm? The other figure must be the diameter? The bigger the better methinks. Easier to work with and less cutting. So my recommendation would be the 15x38. Doubt if anyone would store it in a Reo anyhow. Easier to just roll a few wicks and store that in the Reo.
