A week without a single analog

So far, so good, Last analog was on Labor Day. Still have urges for them, but I've been vaping the heck out my menthol juice. I'm cutting back on the menthol juice & trying other flavors, but when I really get the urge I vape some menthol. So far it's working. I hope I can stay off the analogs. I smoked for over 45 years.

Congrats! I was the same way, I always had a cartomizer with my tobacco flavored menthol with me for those times I had an analog urge. Surprisingly, they were few and far between. I'll be at 6 months on Friday and I haven't used the menthol carto for at least the last 2 months. Just take it one day at a time, you're on the right track!

Those first few weeks if thought I wanted to smoke, I'd go for clove or licorice. And higher nic coffee flavors to get me through that first cup of coffee, a real trigger for me.

I kept as close to real tobacco flavor as I could find around at 24mg for those times and it seemed to kill the urge quick.

Thanks for the encourgement, everyone. I do love the coffee flavor, I call coffee my other addiction! I've kept off the analogs another day. I also tried Pina Colada as a lighter juice, lower nicotine that I can chain vape. It gets my mind of the analogs & gives me something to do without overdosing.

Rock on, DummyMe! I ordered the coffee flavor too, hope it gets in today. I'm right at two weeks now too. I've been using Pillbox38 Camel at 18mg, but that's too much for me to chain vape, so I ordered it in 11mg. Keep on keepin' on!

Congrats on one week of being smoke free! I too smoked for over 40 years and It will be two years in Dec since I quit. The Menthol has worked well for me as my main vape too.
