Well, I finally got a response from Wotofo. The rep keeps telling me that I don't have the deck pushed far enough down into the barrel. I'm throwing the BS flag, as I have pushed the thing as hard as I can. Besides that, the act of tightening the rda to the mod should fully seat the deck into the barrel.
Again - word of caution - if your mod does not have an adjustable or spring-loaded 510 connector - do not buy this for squonking. It woks pretty well as a dripper on a regulated mod - but that's not why I bought it. It does not work on my Coppervape or Boxer squonk mods. Thankfully I can use it on my Reos with the adjustable 510.
