6 month guarantee?

I bought an Ego-T from Janty at the beginning of August, partly because I was told they had a "famous" 6-month, no questions asked, return policy.

My Ego-T doesn't perform well, and I went to the site today to read the return instructions, and it says, "30 days only, and for unused equipment".

Am I wrong, or is the website wrong? What do I have to do to return the Ego-T kit?

Are you sure that wasn't the money-back guarantee, the one with 30 days?

AFAIK warranty is 3 months for atomizers ("Janty" only, not LR or TAWA) and 6 months for batteries. If there's something wrong with them or they stop working, the should be exchanged for a working one.
