I am a pure "3.7" guy. I have tried higher voltages and for my cravings, the heat/warmth at higher voltages just doesn't really expand the vaping experience for me personally. Probably due to me being both a smoker and a "dipper", primarily the latter for the last 23 years before switching to vaping. Smokeless tobacco relies on the nic hit itself for satisfaction rather than the throat hit and feeling of full lungs.

At any rate, my favorite batteries are the AW P18500's 1500mah for a good compromise between size and number of hours of a charge. Prior to that I was an AW P18650 2600mah and use them still when I know I'm going to be in one place for a long time and size is not important.

For 3.7v LR801's I use either my 18500 or 18350. I prefer the GG in its shortest config. If I am using a DC cart I will put in 2 RCR123's. I can not wait for the VV to come out. I think I am going to play around with some ideas before they are released though. Some kind of tube circuit with a + & - on top and bottom and line it inside of the GG.

wow... DC"s! at 6v... i know that's a kick.
Didn't know AW had 3v batts!
btw, Provape has a new 18650 2500mah that they recomend now for broad spectrum use and long lasting

Congrats Uke on your new GGTS

I use AW 18650 2900's and AW IMR 18650 for 3.7 w/Cisco LR 1.5 attys. Did just get some MNKE 18650 IMR yesterday to try

Use the AW lipo 3.0 for 6V vaping on the UFS using DC cartos 1.5

What atty/coil resistance do you like Major?

so many size choices and variations... are those 16340's 3.7v ea. ?
I recently switched to AW LiMN High Drain 18650 1600mah and the AW LiMN 16340 CR123 size for HV Vaping... currently only running 1.5-2.0 ohm DC Carts at least until my iAtty gets here then the possibilities will be endless...

For 3.7V in the GGTS-
AW IMR 18650/18500/18350, depending on the GGTS size i want at that time...

BDL IMR 17650 1200mah for 3.7 in the GGTB

For 6V in either, 2 AW Lifepo's do just fine for me- or 2 AW IMR 16340's for 7.4 if I'm really jonesin'

All on iAtty, or cisco 1.5 306's, 1.8 cisco LR510, 3.5 IKV HV510, ...and joye 5.0 510's (or whatever's around..)for the VHV... I don't use these too often.

Yes my bad. The P is for Protected. There are some good articles on that particular model of AW P18650's at 2600mah showing how they maintain a higher output voltage over the life of a charge than other AW 18650's. Of course it doesn't beat a good IMR on that but by the time the 2600 get's around 3.85v or so, I can tell and just put s freshly charged one in.

Since I am not really into a hot vape for reasons mentioned, I really am liking the 2.0 ohm Ikenvape 901 cartomizers. They utilize a horizontal coil so they lend themselves to being cleaned and repacked a couple of times before you have to toss them. It also gives a very dense, moist vape which is quite enjoyable. I use them both in my AVSv2 and alone if I'm feeling lazy.

For juices that aren't my primaries, I still like the LR GO-GO 3ml cartos. They use a proprietary thread but 510 or 808 to GO-GO carts are cheap. They tend to run 2.4-2.6 and I can see where someone liking HV vaping wouldn't like these but they are great to have 2 or 3 of when out and about. 3ml each is a fair amount even for a juice hog like me. :)

Hey Uke, I always hated cartos - poo poo'd them. Then Bruce sent me one (DC 1.6) and asked me to try it. Left it laying around quite awhile. Used it at 3.7 wasn't impressed. Then he said to use them at 6V. I was never a 6V fan either. I had the batts laying around so tried it. I right away ordered somemore. They are great at 6V and work great in the UFS. My favorite atty of choice is the Iatty though when I get the coil right. Perique from Vaperite never tasted as good as it does on that among others. Then again, some juices don't taste as good on it. YMMV
