Thanks to our wonderful customers, we have grown tremendously since our inception in June of 2009. The kind of rapid growth we experience led to some serious challenges. Growing pains as some might say.
As many of you know, we have been migrating our website to a new platform. We are done with our website migration and can find the new website alive and well atsite alive and well at ecigexpress.com
As this was a MAJOR migration, we've had some issues. For example, some inventory numbers were off - This has created some issues for certain customers. We've basically had a few days where certain out of stock items were showing as in stock, and other items showing as out of stock.
We hope to have all the bugs worked out within the next few days (Most bugs are worked out already, but there will always be a few surprises as we have over 5000 different SKU's).
During the past month we have also increased staff by 10 people. So we now have 26 people to handle your needs.
Over the next 90 days you will see major improvements at ecigexpress. You will also find a lot of new surprises
Last but not least, we have added another warehouse, which we plan on using as our shipping center.
