Smokers Burden on Socieity

You constantly hear how much it costs the government to support the health care of smokers. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that smokers cost the country $96 billion a year in direct health care costs, and an additional $97 billion a year in lost productivity.

What if all smokers stopped smoking analog cigarettes and started vaping instead. Lets say on the average they lived 10 years longer. Whats the costs to Medicare, Social security, and Pensions?
