yes it runs on one at 3.7, and no these arent protected batteries. i will have 6v units here shortly also

yes i will have the steam punk in 6v shortly. the 3.7 does work amazingly well though i was impressed.

Shawn, will you have adapters available for the SP2 to get away from the 801's? I like the device but I'm not a big fan of the 801 atty's.

He already has 801 adapters on the site (I think, I can't check the site at work right now) to go to 901 or 510. Also, he's said he has different fittings on the way for the SP2 as well (510 and 901 I believe).

and Shawn also said he is getting adapters so the M401 can screw onto a KR808 battery. cant wait for that.
