We are experiencing delays of up to a week due to the move, not to mention the influx of orders (yay!) due to everyone keeping their New Year's Resolutions!
This also means that the customer service emails have pretty much tripled, so we appreciate your patience in that area as well! (Sorry, have you ever seen a kitty with two black eyes, a bloody nose, and a fat lip? NOT PRETTY. That's how I feel...but we'll get through it. Annette decided against closing during the move, so we're just asking for more patience than usual.
