Janty Neo Puro already dead. Any tips?

Hi guys
I recently bought the Janty Neo, and i think it's a FANTASTIC product. (i've smoked Intellicig EVO, and Janty eGo in the past, but they were not good enough for me).

However, after about 4 days of heavy use (used to smoke 2 packs of 100's a day), the first puromizer started giving burnt taste, and today it finally died

I'm using RY4-X 16mg, but i'm also experimenting with mixing it with my Intellicig ECOpure 30mg.

I've read somewhere that the Neo is supposed to be used for PG based liquid only, so i was thinking that mixing VG could maybe cause it to burn out faster, as VG is thicker.

Also, maybe i have filled the puromizer too much some of the times?

Anyone got tips or suggestions?

i have no tips for you, only can say - sorry for your problem.

Intellicig ECOpure is not the problem i think. It is traditional mixture 60%PG an 40VG%
I have testet the janty neo for a week using traditional ONLY. You should stop vaping if
the puromizer goes very hot. If you realy use 30mg maybe you should buy a Phantom V21 - this
one gives you the right punch.
But stay vaping - do not return.

Unfortunately i couldnt take a hit from my Neo without the Puro got very hot.

I have opened a ticket on janty, but they are very slow (as usual)
