Here are my methods that I use regularly：
1. Dilute e juices with a PG/VG/nic base mix
In most cases (with the juices I use) I find the flavor drops off by doing this is not that much or at least more than acceptable.
2. Mix up a base of PG/VG and nic to a similar strength of nic that I want in the final juice.
Then I mix my base with the commercial juice - either half/half or sometimes even much less commercial juice.
But I've noticed that the e-juice has been lighter lately than it was before, I wonder if they've found my mixture.
