try whole tobacco alkaloid juice? its like vaping a cigarette.
I still occasionally break and go back to cigarettes when I forget to overlap my juice orders.
Not a problem for me to go right back to vaping usually.
And sometimes I do buy a can of snus or chewing tobacco to go with vaping.
Its all about getting the full spectrum of tobacco alkaloids sometimes. helps calm ur mind.

Like some have said, it takes time to give up a life time habit, so please stick with it there is no hurry mate u well get there. Eventually the analogs well taste like pooooohhh! Pace yourself it's all good.
