Bad, Danno and crew, Thank you for your quick response and resolution to my ticket. I sent in a ticket, and within two days, it was responded to and resolved. It is my experience that anyone can err. If everything went smoothly, every supplier would have excellent customer service, however, it is how you react in the face of crisis that sets you apart. (ok, a couple of incorrect items on a multiple item ticket on tox release night hardly qualifies as a crisis, but you know what i mean) Thank you again for excellent service.
