No, mini is only 3.7v.. 1 batty. the 16340 batt..

yup they will fit any GLV.

Do you mean just the brass insert? If so they only fit in the GLV2 and you need tools to get it in and out of the head cap so I don't think I will be selling them on the site. It will be one of those things you will have to contact me for.
