Charging 510-T batteries?

Okay, this is going to sound like a dumb question. I've only had the ego-T up to now.
I got my 510-T kit this morning and put the battery on the included charger. The led light on the battery stays on. Does that mean it's already charged and ready to go or does the light mean it's charging?When I unplug it the battery blinks three times.
When I ordered the kit I also ordered a manual 280mah 510 battery. Can I use the charger for my ego-T to charge this battery?

You can't charge a 180/280mah 510 batt on a eGo charger, it over charges and kills it.
