Its already been 90 days since I started this incredible journey! In the past 3 mos Ive already learned so much about myself and this awesome new lifestyle.I FEEL FANTASTIC AND I LOVE IT. I LOVE YOU ALL TO,WITHOUT ECF I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT HERE! I AM SMOKE FREE! THE RIVA KICKS .... TO. If anyone hasnt upgraded to a PHAT BATT. yet do it.
