I have been told by many people that this device (which I currently own) can go up to 13.5 volts. This is good new except for the fact that I cant get it to go past 9.9v. I have tried multiple builds varying from 2 ohm ( I tried everything haha) to .15 and no luck. Obviously the higher ohm coils will push that voltage up, but no luck so far. Help?
