No they are not the same. Let me rephrase that - they should not be the same.

Titan is 510, Tornado is Ego (both may be clones)

A slim 510 charging cable should only put out about 150-250mA and SOME slim 510 charging cables also have too narrow a circular valley for the fat threaded collar of an Ego-class device to screw in (a shorty 510 extender from Madvapes should help that). A slim 510 cable, IF the Ego-class device fits on it, will charge an Ego very slowly. I am assuming the polarity is the same (i.e not that FS510 or any other reverse polarity 510 whose charger would fry normal 510's and Egos) and not automatic 510-T (which has a charger that damages everything else). Since I believe TW's 510 and Ego are normal polarity, if their Ego fits on their 510 charger then it should work but very slowly.

An Ego-class charging cable should put out about 420mA and charge an Ego-class device normally and will damage slim 510 batteries.

Check your cable when you get it. TW is the one that gave me a 420mA charging cable IN my 1-battery Titan kit (my first 510) and another vendor did the same to me when I ordered a 510 cable, and by the time I caught both cables five slim 510 batteries had been ruined.

If your Tornado mega fits then why wouldn't a normal Tornado fit? I think their top metal parts should be the same thickness and should fit and just charge real slow. Ask them why it needs an adapter.

I recommend you get a correct charger cable though and label it on both sides where the batteries screw in so you won't accidentally charge a slim 510 in it.
