5 days on a coil with avg vaping ( 3-5 ml/day) ummm time to change the coil... its gunked up and making things harsh....
as the coil gunks up, the "carbony stuff" acts as an insulator ( heat wise) and the coil now needs to become hotter to vaporize the juice. By the time the coil is hot enuff to heat up the gunk buildup,it is trashing out what bit of juice that has soaked into the gunk... so in effect you are getting burnt juice ( harshness) but the burnt "flavor" is being masked by the fresh juice vaporizing on the outside of the gunk.... you may also might have noticed a reduction of overall flavor too...

I'm using the bvc coil and always get around 3 weeks from it. Been vapeing same juice for 2 years with a mix of around 60/40. So don't think it's the pg. only thing that's different is it's the new bvc coil with the bigger holes. This is only the second coil I've used of this type my vape shop in the UK only got them in fairly recently

Why all of a sudden the last 2 days what ever e-liquid I vape in my nautilus every draw I take makes me cough ? Could it be a clogged coil although it only 5 days old or something else. It's really annoying Anyone help ?

I used to change coils after 3 days

as others have said first thing to try is change out the coil

if you are using dark or realy sweet juice they tend to gunk coils quicker

if changing the coil works find out if you can rewick the one you take out before you bin it usualy its just the wick needs redoing and you may need to dryburn the coil to clean it up if its realy gunked

not sure if thats possible with your coils or not you need to ask someone with the same tank and coil setup

also if the coil is spitting juice it could you getting juice in your throat which could irritate and cause you to cough

if thats it try a couple of quick pulse burns before you draw to burn the extra juice off

also as you say its a newer coil than you used to with bigger juice holes you may need to adjust your air flow more open or close etc

without much to go on there are so many variables
