From TFA's site: "The flavor manufacturing company that we purchase our flavors from is restricted by their insurance from using Diacetyl as an ingredient, because of employee environmental health issues, but this is not true of all flavor manufacturing companies"
Perfumer's Apprentice

White Chocolate Flavor
** reformulated - no sugar

a creamy, true tasting white chocolate
contains small amount of "Custard" ingredients, just as an added nuance

You might like my "White Chocolate Cappuccino Truffles" recipe. You can find it on the recipes subforum, but here's a copy of my post there:

Some of these are very strong concentrates, so the total percentage is just 12%, but it's very flavorful.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO TRUFFLES
6% TFA White Chocolate
3% TFA Sweet Cream --or-- 2% FA Fresh Cream (either works well)
1% FA Chocolate --or-- 1% FA Cocoa (I prefer Chocolate here; this helps balance the white chocolate flavor)
1% FA Coffee Espresso
0.5% to 1% TFA Holiday Spice (1% is perfect to me, but go lower if you want less nutmeg flavor)

A basic Starbuck's drink taste would use 1% FA Coffee Espresso, like it says here...double shot=2% of that flavor
I think of this as a candy flavor, because it's inspired by candies I make, but it has the white chocolate + mocha flavor you're looking for.
Try it - it's good!

This is almost my favorite drink in the world.

I am starting DIY this weekend. Large box from WL arrived earlier today chocked full of everything I need to DIY - including these exact flavors!!!

This is my lucky day, and this will be the first DIY juice I attempt.

Wish me luck.

(How long should it steep? Can I taste it as I go? Is it ready yet?)

Not all juices need to steep but Chocolate, creams, and tobacco as a general rule do taste better after steeping. But, and this is a big but, If you don't taste it after you make it, how will you know if it needed steeping and or improved with said steeping. Good luck with your DIY :vapor:

Cheers,
Steve

I must have a different TFA Mocha or something because I tried at 2% and it blew me away.

I was thinking the same thing. If he said he was using TFA Caramel Cappuccino at 10% my only reaction would have been

Cheers,
Steve

Edit I have them both and think there both pretty strong, the Caramel Cap is downright dangerous

It's my favorite starbucks drink and I had to make it when starting DIY.
I used:
10% TFA- mocha
8% TFA- white chocolate
2% TFA- sweet cream
1 drop per 5ml sweetener

It tasted just like the drink

Seems like the coffee would overpower the whole flavor?

OK, I just cheated!

Watching this thread, I realized I had an atty half full of a (Chinese) mocha and also a bottle of White Rabbit by Alice (tastes like white chocolate to me). I finished filling the atty with the latter juice and shook like crazy for a few minutes.

Not bad...

I'm awaiting a package from Wizard Labs tomorrow with the rest of my flavors. In the meantime, this is better than either one alone.
