Hi Kitten and welcome to the forum. From what I've read throat hit is more dependent on nic level, wattage, flavors like menthol or cinnamon, PG. I know the Aspire Nautilus Mini will fit the ego battery, I have two of both. Looking down the inside of your battery you'll see inside threads. These are the 510 threads for use with the more expensive tanks. You could try using the search box (top right corner of every page) to look for more info. There's 1000s of keywords to link with. Good Luck in your journey.

Not sure what you are asking.

First, anything that is either 510 or eGo threaded will fit on the battery itself.

But eGo batteries are old technology low current batteries. Using a coil lower than 1.8 ohms will shorten their overall life span, give you very short run times, or fry the protection circuit in the battery - rendering it non functional.

If you look at just the Aspire BVC voltage recommendations an eGo T just can't cut it for those coils. And the current required issue still applies - an eGo T cannot deliver the amount of current required to deliver what you want out of the 1.8 ohm version, let alone the 1.6 coils. Which would explain the lack of TH you are experiencing. ~> Aspire - A change to the BVC coils

What will fit on an eGo class battery is one thing, what is safe or reasonable to use on it is another. You really are limited to things like single coil ProTanks and such in the 1.8 ohm or higher resistance range.

Thanks to everyone who replied!

The shop just recently switched to the new coils last week, so I guess they're unaware that the ego t batteries aren't strong enough for the new coils. They were using the older aspire coils and recommending ego t batteries with aspire clearomizer tanks which did work well, but it's awful with the new coils, it feels like you're vaping air! I was a bit hesitant about buying that brand of batteries from them anyway because I had so many problems with the original ego t kit I got when I started vaping last year, and the batteries always seem to die after a few months and take forever to charge. There are a few more vape shops around here, so I'll pick up a better battery or new kit tomorrow. Thanks again for the advice!

When I was using an ego style battery, there was nothing better for than evod's and ProTanks. You can get clones at a very good price at Fasttech. There were also the first thing that I learned how to rebuild myself. Very easy with the help of YouTube videos. That saved even more money. Fasttech also has some really good prices on other atomizers that you may be interested in. I know it takes weeks to get to you but the savings are really substantial. Good luck to you. I hope you find something compatible and upgraded to what you are using that you will make you happy. I love vaping myself and just want everyone to be as happy. :)
