I’ve use Liion wholesale for some time, but that’s because they DIDDN’T source from China. China was where the awful rewraps and counterfeits came from. The really obvious one is alibaba.

Can't find much info on that website.
Made out well there, and saved a few bucks with quantity discounts. (18650 was pretty good too though they don't have quantity discounts as I recall, and the battery case they sold me doesn't fit my batteries.)
I'd be leery of ordering batteries from questionable Chinese companies for the same reason. Not worth saving a buck if they don't last or they're a safety hazard.
Re. : recommendations for efest. Many years ago they were considered pretty good. These days? Are you planning a barbacue?

It is worth looking at the date though. Some of those reviews are quite old and the battery may have changed in the interim. If they’re good again they’re good again. They started out good then they plummeted. They may have regained status. I don’t know.Hi Sven and welcome to the ECF.

There used to be some. If there aren’t anymore there’s probably a reason. No idea what it is. I asked this question some years ago and got 3 possible ones. I chose liion wholesale because it was easy to type. I’ve forgotten the other two, but a search for “bombastinator” (no 2) should turn them up. Old tests cannot be applied to the cells being sold now. What’s being wrapped by Efest will have changed by now, if not within months of the cell’s release. You're taking a big gamble buying batteries popular OEM batteries from China-based sellers. Your chances of getting fakes is almost guaranteed. I know nothing about the company you linked to nor do I know of any reputable battery wholesalers from China, but I'm sure they exist. But I can almost guarantee you that shipping a load of Liion batts from China won't be cheap from a legit supplier as they will likely ship adhering to regulations whereas clone sellers might try their best to skip around regulations.
I don't know if any of the reputable US sellers ship to Chile or how much it will cost, but they usually have wholesale price breaks and you are almost certain to get authentic cells.
I would seriously consider spending more for peace of mind. Last thing you want is to risk buying a 20A battery and get a clone rewrapped 5A battery, you know what I mean?
