Your concept of quality and mine are different. Popular and high quality are usually not the same. AFAIK disposables are by definition the lowest quality that exists. The whole disposable thing came about because of juul. It wasn’t especially good, they were just really addictive. but if one was conficsated it wasn’t as big a deal, and a generation grew up who didn’t know how to use anything else.
