I'm searching for a nice, regular old coffee flavor that I can use to add to other flavors and tailor to my tastes, but I have NO idea who has a good one. I see lots of different flavors, but I'm not finding reviews on most of them.

I was hoping maybe those of you who use a coffee flavor could tell me which one(s) you use and how you like them. I have FA Cappuccino already, and it's good for a cappuccino, but now I want to add a plain "coffee" flavor to my arsenal.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you! :)

Hades makes a great one IMHO

That's a finished juice, though, isn't it? If Hades is a flavor manufacturer, I've never heard of them.

OK, I just googled it and it is a finished juice. I'm looking for a flavor to use in DIY, but thank you!

Dark Bean (Coffee Espresso) - Flavour Art

Apparently, I missed that one when I was searching "coffee" at Bull City. I see it now, thanks! It has five stars, so it can't be all THAT bad! I'm not looking for "espresso" intensity, just a good, true coffee flavor, but if I use less, I should get that.

Wonderful! Thank you! :D

Can't find it, though... @MaxUT where did you get yours? Bull City has an INW Coffee but there are some letters beside it I don't know what they mean (WG?) so I'm not sure if that's the right one, and Wizard Labs only has "coffee paradise" with tobacco in it. Those two places are where I usually get all my flavors. Is there some other place I can find it? Or is that "Coffee WG" the right one? I'm an Inawera virgin at this point. ;) Like, they show boxes in the pictures, but I'm sure it doesn't come as a BOX of flavoring. I know nothing about them.

Just an FYI. I know you said you were passing on this in a later post, but to answer your question, "WG" stands for Wera Garden. Wera Garden (WG) is one of Inawera's product lines.

Oh, thank you! I figured it must be something like that because a bunch of flavors had that after it, but I had no clue what it stood for.

I make a coffee vape for a couple of friends of mine, they absolutely love TFA's Carmal Cappuccino. It's an extremely strong coffee, you have to use very little. I don't care for coffee at all myself, but they both love it.

Thanks, I have a cappuccino I like already, but I was looking for a bit more of a "regular" coffee flavor, not the cappuccino style. I love my cappuccino, but I have some ideas I want to try that will need plain ol' black coffee in them. ;) I only use 1% with my cappuccino flavor, and I imagine the Dark Bean will be less than that. At least I won't have to worry about running out of it for a while. :D

Nice! Score one for @penstyle!!

Thanks, I was in a hurry when I posted that before, and I didn't go back and see who'd recommended it.

By the way, is that your fish in your avatar? Wrass? I used to be into saltwater tanks, and I would have LOVED one as colorful as that in one of my tanks. :) Very beautiful.

Thanks! It is actually called a Mandarinfish, or more properly, a Synchiropus splendidus. It belongs to the Dragonette, or Callionymidae family.
I chose it for my avatar because I got to dive with them while on vacation in the Philippines a few years ago and I fell in love with them.
Besides being pretty; their behavior was really fascinating. There were a couple of pairs that had neighboring territories on the house reef right off the beach from the dive resort. They are not particularly fast swimmers so they spent a fair amount of their time making sure the other pair wasn't poaching in their patch! I burned 2 or 3 tanks worth of air just watching them. One of my favorite memories of the trip.

Oh, NOW I remember, thanks! I didn't really think it was a wrass because of the eyes, and it's been so long since I saw one, I didn't remember (wrass was all I could come up with, LOL!), but I've seen them at fish stores (way too expensive for me back then), and I thought they were SO pretty!

I just come from a fish forum plantedtank.net and now you guys goin on about fish. LOL :)
Glad to hear you are liking the coffee, one good coffee vape is mandatory.

Yes, and thank you so much. :) It's been about a year now I've been DIYing, but I've focused mainly on fruits, creams, and pastry. I am LOVING this coffee. This morning I'm having some with FA black cherry in it, and it's pretty darn good. It needs a couple more flavors to round it out, but I really like these two together - it has potential. ;)
