what is the best vape to use

Define best. It Depends on what you want. All of everything is best for something. Me I like regulated vv squonkers with rdas. Doesn’t mean you will though
Perhaps telling us what you've already tried and what you liked or disliked about it would be a good start.
what i am just trying say is what is the best vape you can suggest so i can try it out
"Best" really and truly depends on what you personally want out of a vape.
For some its a set up that'll give big clouds, for some the one that offers the best flavour, for some it's the most convenient to use and fill. and for others it's reliability above all else for example.
We can only tell you what we think is best depending on what we prioritise.
After nearly 10 years my favourite set up is still an iStick 30W topped with a Nautilus Mini, simply because I know it back to front, upside dowm, and inside out - but as an old long term smoker I use it with 16 strength menthol chill freebase.
I doubt that would be the choice of many, which is why you yourself have to set yout priorities.
If you could do that, you will get some better advice.

I'm beginning to wonder why you want to try vaping? You don't say that you smoke, you haven't stated what you've tried. In fact, I wonder if you're of legal age to be on this site.
Good point. "What is the best ..." is always a loaded question.
