Is kayfun the translation ?it does not sound russian. Just a question , someone might know

"kayfun" is a high-end rebuildable atty made by the German company "svoemesto" (Though their products are designed in Russia). There's many different models, Such as the Kayfun 3.1, the Kayfun Lite, and the Kayfun Mini. I don't think the word itself has a translation.
