What Causes the Sweet Taste in Throat

I have been vaping since November and just recently this problem has come up.
I vape fairly heavily and by noon I start getting a sickly sweet taste in my throat. Once this happens just about all my juices taste the same (aside from menthols and mint). Does any-one else experience the same thing and what might the cause be ?
My juices come from a variety of suppliers including NHaler, Vermont Maple, Johnson Creek, MyVaporStore and a couple of others and range from 10mg to 36mg. I have tried switching from PG to VG and I also drink plenty of water.
Any idea's would be appreciated.

I believe that VG is slightly thicker and sweeter than PG. Switching to VG may not have helped. Can't advise more than that I'm afraid. . .

Agree with Diablo.

So far as switching flavors later in the day, I generally can still taste the difference between wildly different flavors, like marlboro vs. peach vs. coffee. But not necessarily flavors that are more alike to each other.

If you gargle and rinse with an alcohol based mouthwash that should remove the coating.

Yeah PG coats stuff - also try radically different flavors like coffee/choc/fruity flavors

Thanks for the reply's. I will try the gargling and see how that works. It does seem strange tho that this came up after 5 months of vaping.
