There are plenty of vendors that sell 100% VG juices. Some vendors, such as Alien Visions, offer it exclusively, and others, such as Copper Creek, have options for the PG/VG ratio, including all VG options.

You can go to any drug store and purchase 100% VG inexpensively. It's called Glycerin USP and usually appears with a house brand name on it. I get mine from CVS drug stores and use it to dilute nicotine base to the concentration I desire. Glycerin USP is available in Kosher, Halal and organic certified versions if that is important to you (doesn't matter to me).

I get my nicotine base from Xtreme Vaping. I prefer the 100% VG base.

There is NO SUCH THING as a 100% VG e-liquid that contains nicotine or flavoring.

Why? Any nicotine added to the e-liquid will reduce from 100% VG (100% Glycerin USP).

You can't vape 100% Glycerin USP in any device that uses a wicking or filler component. 100% VG (or Glycerin USP) is way too viscous (thick) to allow for that. It must be thinned with something like Propylene Glycol USP (PG), water, or something else before it can wick into any device.

Any high concentration Glycerin USP (VG) e-liquid that is flavored will require a lot of flavoring ingredients compared to a high Propylene Glycol (PG) concentration e-liquid. Typically, a high concentration flavored Glycerine USP (VG) e-liquid will contain 10-20% flavoring ingredients by volume. Glycerin USP (VG)-based flavorings are relatively hard to find. Propylene Glycol (PG), alcohol or other chemical based flavorings are much more commonly encountered.

Distilled water can be used to thin 100% Glycerin USP (VG) nicotine base so that it can be wicked successfully. However, water will eventually destroy flavoring ingredients and is best suited to thin unflavored e-liquids.

No offense, but I believe the OP is like most e-cigarette users and doesn't understand the difference between Glycerine USP (VG) and a high concentration Glycerine USP (VG) e-liquid. Vendors that call their high concentration Glycerin USP (VG) juices that contain nicotine, flavorings or thinners 100% VG are by ignorance or deception contributing to the problem.

I always assumed that the "100%VG" meant that the BASE for the liquid was 100% VG, and no PG added. The rest is water, tobacco extracts, flavor, sugar, and sometimes a "carrier", like alcohol, etc. etc... The same goes for "100% PG". Otherwise, you'd be vaping goo with no nicotine, no flavor, and no vapor! It's pretty much common sense.

I'm kinda new at this, only been vaping about two months. I'm sure you can find more useful advice from others here at ECF. I am kinda curious, why 100% VG ? I've read that PG contributes to both flavor and Throat Hit, or TH. I personally don't want to vape something that blows a whole in the back of my throat, so I usually get small bottles of 70/30 VG/PG from various vendors. COV's CloudPure line, RAWR and BWB all make smoother vapes by my limited experience. Seems most of the vendors I've looked at allow you to set Nicotine content and VG/PG ratios to your own preference. Good Luck, hope this thread picks up a little and maybe you'll find the answer you're looking for.

Is there a site that sells jst 100 percent nicotine liquid or it has to be on a vg or pg or both

Not to my knowledge. Pure nicotine is highly toxic and requires extreme precautions. 60mg of nicotine can kill you. Takes 200mg of arsenic to accomplish that.
