Having the same issue. Can’t find another juice that is as good as Vsavi. Absolutely frustrating the process of trying to replace it. Everything is too sweet or the after taste is a killer.
From what I've read in google search results and then found on their website, this US vendor sells what you're looking for. It's called V2 Platinum Eliquid and comes in many flavors...including Vanilla, in various sized bottles, and nic mg levels.

Thanks for the info. Since VMR closed down and MyFreedomSmokes went out of business I was getting my V2 (red & congress) from Pure eliquids or vapour 2 UK - they call it Vsavi- but they stopped shipping to the US last year. I quit smoking w/ v2 and I don’t want to start again, but everything I tried so far is awful. I’ll check the website.
