The sides of the box are equally informative, with icons describing the main features of the device, QR Code for immediate support, barcodes, Scratch&Check to verify the authenticity of the product, and an indication of the color of the model inside the packaging. This packaging approach not only protects the device, but also provides a complete and satisfying user experience from the first glance.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; First Impressions:
VOOPOO releases the flagship of the VMATE Pod family and introduces VMATE MAX which, compared to the previous VOOPOO VMATE PRO and VMATE E, offers increased battery capacity for greater autonomy. In combination with the 3ml capacity cartridge with lower resistance (0.4Ω) it also expresses greater power which now reaches 30W. It implements the cartridge's iCOSM technology with VMATE "3X" Upgrade which promises excellence in terms of longevity, prolonged flavor retention and effective leakage prevention. VMATE PRO features a new "hidden horizon" screen and two phantasmagoric (deactivable) 256-color RGB lights. The compact dimensions and light weight favor portability, the shapes of the device are softly connected, VMATE MAX is beautiful and pleasant to handle.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; 1,200mAh battery:
The device on the bottom is covered with a rubberized surface which increases the degree of finish, muffles the noise during support, and increases the grip, promoting stability in the upright position. The 5V/2A Type-C charging port allows you to charge the internal 1,200mAh battery in a very quick time of approximately 30 minutes. With the 0.4Ω cartridge set to "Normal" mode I got an incredible result of 430 puffs before recharging the battery. Truly an excellent result to face the day without any anxiety about charging.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; AFC Control:
For this test I obtained the Onyx Black color of VMATE MAX from VOOPOO. The zinc alloy frame has the vertical writing "VMATE MAX" on the back, above it is the airflow, which is easily adjustable via a sliding button, allowing for a customized extraction that goes from very narrow to sufficiently wide , the adaptive power is managed by the chipset always in line with the inserted cartridge.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; Lights & Display:
On the front side there is an IML panel which shows the writing "VOOPOO" at the top and in the center there is the display that appears every time the Mod is activated. This type of display is called "Hidden Horizon Display", it shows all the information useful for vaping such as; Battery charge percentage, current vaping mode (shift mode), power (power mode) ohm of the coil, puffs counter. During charging, the estimated remaining time appears on the display. Around the display there are two choreographic lights. The device's LED lights are reminiscent of an eagle's wings or Optimus Prime's helmet, offering a fresh and dynamic aesthetic. The color change features 256 different shades of color and adds a unique and creative touch that makes Vmate Max stand out. However, for more privacy and even a slight energy saving you can deactivate these lights.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; Mode key:
On one of the two thin sides of VMATE MAX there is a button that looks like the Fire button, but is not. In fact, VMATE MAX only offers automatic shooting which starts working when you draw from the cartridge.
This is the MODE button:
• Turn on the device: Press the button 5 times.
• LED on/off: Press the button twice.
• Access the menu: Press the button 5 times; press the key to select the function and long press to confirm the choice. Inside the menu you can reset the number of puffs, you can select the output mode between Shift Mode and Power Mode. By selecting the Shift output mode you can diversify the output between (NOR/ECO/SPT) by pressing the button 3 times. With Power Mode activated, the display shows the power in Watts that the chipset automatically selects for each cartridge. Wattage is adjustable by selecting Power Mode. In Power Mode the 0.7Ω resistor is automatically set to 18W and can logically be adjusted downwards and upwards up to a maximum of 25W, here the smart chipset intervenes preventing it from going higher to avoid damage to the coil. The 0.4Ω coil supports the maximum power of the device which is 30W, however the chipset sets it to 25W by default, so compared to 25W you can go up to 30W and even go down. The watt adjustment steps are 1W at a time.

According to VOOPOO the adjustable voltage (5W-30W) with the three output modes (SPT, NOR and ECO) offers customizable options:
• SPT Mode: Offers powerful cloud with robust output power.
• NOR Mode: Offers a balanced vaping experience with moderate power, ideal for daily use.
• ECO Mode: Reduces energy and e-liquid consumption, creating lighter clouds and preserving battery life.

► 3rd generation VMATE cartridge:
The VMATE MAX Pod compartment houses the two gold-plated contact pins inside for better electrical conductivity and there is the sensor for automatic activation of the shot. The 3rd generation VMATE cartridge inserts into the MOD with a light pressure and mechanically by interference without any magnet, the click warns you of the successful connection, it may seem like a primitive method, but it is well made and securely secures the cartridge to the Mod .

In the package of VMATE MAX there are two different options of VMATE "3X UPDATES" cartridges; from 0.4 and 0.7Ω. Both cartridges use a rather aerodynamic and comfortable design to hold between the lips, furthermore they have the addition of silver ions and this would make the surface 99% anti-bacterial. The transparency of the material allows good visibility on the internal e-liquid level. The refill (3ml) is done laterally by lifting a silicone rubber, the large diameter hole allows the use of e-liquid bottles with a rather wide tip.

The VMATE "3X UPDATES" cartridge together with the VMATE MAX Mod offers the possibility of conveniently filling without removing the cartridge from the Mod. Furthermore, according to VOOPOO the cartridge uses the principle of the Fresnel lens of light reflection which reduces the deterioration of the e -liquid, while the ICOSM FLAVOR INTERPRETATION CODE, integrates seamlessly into a leak-proof design, adopting antibacterial materials and offering excellent atomization capabilities for the best flavor experience.

The two VMATE "3X UPDATES" cartridges are now added to the two VMATE V2 cartridges already present and this creates a platform of cartridges compatible with VMATE devices for a wide choice of MTL and RDL.

► VOOPOO VMATE MAX; Final conclusions:
The VOOPOO Vmate Max Pod kit is a device that combines style, power and versatility. VMATE MAX is compact and lightweight, with good build quality, uses durable and non-slip materials and works with all VMATE cartridges. The 1,200mAh battery truly offers long life and impressive charging speeds. The power range is managed by the chipset automatically in a range from 5 to 30W making it easy and intuitive to use. The continuous cycle air control is easily adjustable and adapts perfectly to the power and range of use (MTL/RDL) of each cartridge inserted in the mod. The aromatic production is rich and satisfying, further customizable with the 3 output modes present. VMATE MAX Mod is safe and implements all main security functions. In conclusion with the dynamism of the LED lights (which can be deactivated), the preset or adjustable settings of the device, VMATE MAX is aimed at both new and experienced vapers making it a winning kit.
