Hello, today let's take a look at Argus G3 Pod Kit sent to me by VooPoo. I will examine in this Test each of the features that distinguish this item. The metal surfaces of this kit are pleasantly smooth, and its soft shapes allow you to slide Argus G3 between your fingers with ease. Portability can be increased by installing the lanyard included in the kit. The new cartridges are equipped with iCOSM 2.0 technology, which promises a more flavorful experience, resistance to leaks and greater durability. ► VooPOo Argus G3 Pod Kit; Long-lasting battery:
On the bottom there is the Type-C charging socket, the 1,500mAh battery inside is 50% larger than the previous Argus G2 and recharges quite quickly at 2A in about 45 minutes. According to VooPoo this increased battery allows up to 5 days of use before recharging, also the weight of the device of only 65g, has been reduced by about 25% maintaining the proverbial robustness of Argus.

Argus G3 has a perimeter border finely polished to a mirror finish, this workmanship is defined by VooPoo with the term "Diamond". On one of the long sides we find the adjustment button which is easily identifiable thanks to a slight protrusion. The opposite side of Argus G3 houses a sliding system for controlling the airflow; it is easy to tune the flow to obtain a narrow MTL shot or a more fluid shot for RDL supported by a maximum power of up to 30W.

I received from VooPoo Argus G3 with "Aurora Purple" coloring of feminine nature but with elegant color shades. In addition, ARGUS G3 adopts a particular surface texture finely decorated and extremely elegant. On the back at the bottom you can see a small "VOOPOO" logo while on the front side you can see the "ARGUS" logo with enlarged fonts. ARGUS G3 is equipped with a 0.96-inch TFT color screen, the device parameters are easily visible at a glance. Argus G3 only has automatic shooting, the side button that I described before is used to turn the mod on/off, to adjust the power and to set the parameters in the menu. There are 3 different themes: SMART, SPORT and MUSIC, each theme has a dynamic and different animated graphics. With 2 quick presses on the button you can select your favorite graphics. With 3 quick presses on the mode button you can adjust the power independently from the Smart system that sets it according to the preset safety criteria. With 5 quick presses on the button you can turn off the device or you can adjust the following options: Power off, Puff reset, Lock/unlock the mode button.

The Compartment/Pod houses two rectangular magnets on the sides, two gold-plated spring-loaded pins and the sensor for activating the automatic puff.

► VooPoo Argus G3; ARGUS Top Fill V2 iCOSM CODE 2.0 Big Coil:
The ARGUS G3 kit is equipped with a new ARGUS V2 cartridge completely updated with iCOSM CODE 2.0 flavor interpretation technology. The cartridge with the copper bottom maintains a constant air pressure. The 3 times denser copper bottom increases the resistance to leaks by 83% and excels even in heavy conditions of use. According to VooPOO, the new "Big Coil" resistor equipped with Golden Cotton is the best in its category; it offers 30 days of pristine flavor, with a duration of 100ml. The Golden Cotton offers high heat resistance qualities, certified to 5A aerospace grade, withstands 260 ° C, 73% more than the limit of 150 ° C of standard cotton. It offers a 300% longer life and is designed to stabilize the absorption of e-liquid by increasing the size of the coil, with instant saturation, also slowing down the degradation of flavor. This "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridge also offers good feedback with the lips, the top filling requires lifting the rubber by inserting a nail under it. The cartridge is offered with an e-liquid capacity of 2/3ml and currently features 3 different resistances 0.4Ω, 0.7Ω and 1.0Ω. The promotional sample cartridge for G3 differs from the final mass production version. These "sample" cartridges do not have the visible resistance engraving, while the final mass production units will include the resistance indication on the shield.

VooPoo offers a wide range of replacement Argus cartridges to provide users with a diversified vaping experience from MTL to RDL. Different cartridge technologies with different resistance values and 2/3ml capacity are available. You can choose to use various disposable type cartridges or "empty pod" type with replaceable ITO coils. ► VooPOo Argus G3 Pod Kit; Vaping Test and Final Conclusions:

The Argus Top Fill V2 0.7Ω cartridge is dedicated to MTL vaping and is automatically set to 16W by the chipset, the range of use (14-18W) is indicated when the cartridge is inserted into the Mod. With this cartridge I really appreciated the flavor obtainable especially with the airflow open at 50%, the aromatic yield is of a good level with an exemplary operation and without spitting. By narrowing the airflow you get a strongly contrasted MTL shot with an emphasized throat hit and a warmer vapor tone.

By inserting the Argus Top Fill V2 0.4Ω cartridge into the Mod, the screen indicates a resistance range between 18 and 30W and the intelligent function of the chipset automatically selects a power of 25W. The ability of Argus G3 to exploit a maximum power of 30W marries perfectly with this cartridge that is able to give a maximized flavor accompanied by fluid aspirations and a notable amount of vapor. This 0.4Ω cartridge is dedicated to RDL vaping and with the iCOSM CODE 2.0 technology with increased Coil and Golden cotton it really seems to offer higher standards of atomization, especially in this case the interpretation of the iCOSM CODE 2.0 flavor seems to me to be truly superior to all the competition.

In conclusion I feel like recommending VOOPOO ARGUS G3 because in the pod Mod market it stands out and certainly excels from all points of view, this is a very attractive kit that offers excellent tactile feedback with excellent portability. The finishes and construction materials meet the needs of the modern user. The battery capacity is largely sufficient to guarantee prolonged vaping, and full charging occurs in a very short time of about 40 minutes. The Menu features a rather attractive animated graphic and is easy to navigate. The performance with the new ARGUS Top Fill V2 cartridges along with the iCOSM CODE 2.0 Big Coil guarantees another substantial step forward with improvements regarding the quality of the flavor and the extended life of the coil. Thanks for your appreciation. I agree with you, correct term is side fill, however i think the term Top Fill indicates the possibility of filling the cartridge without removing the cartridge from the device and this is convenient.
