Hi, today let's take a look at the Argus G2 Pod System kit sent to me by VooPoo. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

The coloring of the package that accompanies this new Pod By VooPoo device is pleasant and colorful. The packaging states on the front: the brand (VooPoo), the name of the device (Argus G2) and the image of the kit. On the back there are; The contents, trademarks, legal logos, anti-counterfeiting controls, warnings, and various contact information of Shenzhen Woody Vapes Technology Co., Ltd. On the remaining sides of the box there are; product image, Q-R Code, barcode, color indications, and main features in the form of icons.

► VooPoo Argus G2; First Impressions:
Argus G2 comes with a classic slender and thin "stick" form factor, the first tactile contact highlights how this object is rather heavy in relation to what one would normally expect from other similar devices. The substantial weight of Argus G2 is related to the high-quality zinc alloy frame which is also extremely robust. The metal surfaces of this kit are pleasantly smooth, and its soft shapes allow the Argus G2 to slide between your fingers with ease. Portability can be increased by installing the lanyard included in the kit. There are many things to say about Argus G2 regarding the new Argus Top Fill cartridge but also regarding the user interface with the fabulous animated interaction and vibration notifications. Let's discover Argus G2 together.

► VooPoo Argus G2; Side profile:
Argus G2 has the Fire button on the side which is easily identifiable thanks to a slight protrusion, on the same side there is the USB-C charging port.
The device has a 1,000mAh rechargeable battery inside which supports a maximum power of 30W. The battery offers excellent performance with stable output and an extremely fast charging time of approximately 30 minutes. With a full battery charge I managed to get 396 puffs at a constant 23W. An excellent result.

The opposite side of the Argus G2 houses a sliding system for controlling airflow; it is easy to tune the flow to obtain a narrow MTL shot or a smoother RDL shot.

I received from VooPoo Argus G2 with "Space Gray" color of a sporty nature with elegant color shades. Furthermore, ARGUS G2 adopts a nanoscale polishing process, this process makes the surface extremely shiny and smooth. On the back at the bottom you can see a small "VOOPOO" logo while on the front side you can see the "ARGUS" logo with enlarged font, this logo is elegantly made in a protruding way, therefore detectable with your fingers.

► VooPoo Argus G2; Sensory interaction:
ARGUS G2 is equipped with a 0.96 inch TFT color screen, the device parameters are easily visible at a glance. The UI interaction is very interesting and intuitive. There are 3 modes of use: SMART, SUPER and ECO. Additionally, ARGUS G2 offers 3 different UI choices with animations of flames, colored spheres and flying saucers. With the addition of two lateral RGB LED lights in the form of light bars on the device, the scenographic performance is remarkable, furthermore the integrated high frequency vibration motor contributes to obtaining a fun and fluid control experience. The Argus G2 allows you to vape using the side button or using automatic extraction, plus you can disable the button when you decide to store the device safely in your pockets. With 2 quick presses on the fire button you can select your preferred power mode. With 3 quick presses on the fire button you can adjust the power. With 5 quick presses on the fire button you can access the 2nd menu and adjust the following options: Power off, Puff reset, Lock/unlock the button, Enable/disable the lights.

The Compartment/Pod houses two rectangular-shaped magnets on the sides, two gold-plated spring-loaded pins and the sensor for activating the automatic puff.

► VooPoo Argus G2; Updated Cartridges:
The ARGUS G2 kit is equipped with a new, completely updated cartridge, featuring the exclusive iCOSM CODE flavor interpretation technology. The cartridge is called "ARGUS TOP Fill". It has an e-liquid capacity of 2/3ml and according to VooPoo offers 30 days of use without leaks, with a coil life of 90ml.

The new "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridge offers good feedback with the lips, filling from the top requires lifting the rubber by inserting a nail under it, unfortunately for me who don't have sharp nails this operation is rather uncomfortable.

VooPoo offers a wide range of replacement "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridges to provide users with a diversified vaping experience from MTL to RDL. They are available with different resistive values and with capacities of 2/3ml. You can choose to use disposable or "empty pod" type cartridges with replaceable ITO coils. This new line of updated cartridges is compatible with all products in the VOOPOO ARGUS POD family, including the new ARGUS G2 and ARGUS P2, as well as the previously launched ARGUS G, ARGUS P1, ARGUS P1s, ARGUS Z, ARGUS POD SE and ARGUS POD.

► VooPoo Argus G2; Vaping test & Final Conclusions:
The 0.7Ω cartridge dedicated to MTL vaping is automatically set to 16W by the chipset, with this cartridge I really appreciated the flavor obtainable especially with open airflow, the aromatic yield is of a good level with exemplary operation and no spitting. Restricting the airflow results in well-contrasted MTL hit with good throat hit and slightly warmer vapor. Furthermore, ARGUS G2 with a maximum output of 30W pairs perfectly with the new 0.4Ω cartridge which is able to give a concentrated flavor with fluid aspirations accompanied by a considerable amount of vapor. The 0.4Ω cartridge dedicated to RDL vaping is automatically set to 23W by the intelligent chipset. After very intense use of both of these cartridges I have not detected any trace of condensation in the compartment/pod. Compared to other similar Pod cartridges on the market, the VOOPOO ARGUS Top Fill cartridge has a larger integrated coil and this undoubtedly makes atomization more efficient and more adequate. The interpretation of the iCOSM CODE flavor seems to me to be up to par and even superior to the best proposals from the competition. In conclusion I would like to recommend ARGUS G2 because it is a very attractive kit that offers excellent tactile feedback and new features; increased e-liquid capacity, longer battery life with super fast charging. The new flexible interaction of 0.96" screen with 3D graphics and vibration feedback truly offers users an amazing and intuitive vaping experience.
