Hi, today let's take a look at Argus G2 Mini sent to me by VOOPOO for review. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

► VOOPOO ARGUS G2 MINI; First Impressions:
Argus G2 Mini is the simplified version of Argus G2 and comes with the classic slim and slim "stick" form factor. The user can recharge the internal battery via the USB-C socket and monitor operation during use simply via an LED light. The first tactile impression highlights how this object is rather heavy in relation to what one would normally expect from other similar basic devices. The zinc alloy frame is sturdy and smooth to the touch, the Argus G2 Mini slides through your fingers with ease. Furthermore, as we will see later in the review, this kit adopts a new 3ml Top Fill cartridge which is compatible with all the latest devices in the Argus line launched previously.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Side profile:
For this test I received the Argus G2 MINI in the color "Sunset Orange". The paint appears robust, and is elegantly faded upwards. On the side, as you can see, there are no buttons, decorations, lights, or air flow control systems. The side profile of this Mod is really smooth, but also well connected for maximum ergonomics.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Large Battery:
The USB-C charging port is located on the bottom and a multicolored LED light will activate every time you activate the automatic extraction. The device has a 1,200mAh rechargeable battery inside which supports a maximum power of 30W in by-pass mode. The battery offers excellent performance with stable output and an extremely fast charging time of approximately 30 minutes.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Led Battery:
On the flat side below we find the vertical writing "ARGUS" as a unique and sober decoration. The LED light below communicates to the user the battery charge status as follows:
• White light: Battery ＞ 15%
• Red light: Battery ＜＝15%

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; AFC Control:
The opposite side of the Argus G2 Mini houses a sliding system for controlling the airflow; with the small protruding metal knob it is easy to tune the air flow to obtain a narrow MTL shot or a more fluid shot for RDL.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Compartment/Pod:
The Compartment/Pod inside houses two rectangular-shaped magnets, two gold-plated spring-loaded pins and the sensor for automatic puff activation which is also the only activation mode available on ARGUS MINI.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Updated Cartridges:
The ARGUS G2 MINI kit is equipped with a new completely updated cartridge, equipped with the exclusive iCOSM CODE flavor interpretation technology. The cartridge is called "ARGUS TOP Fill". It features an e-liquid capacity of 3ml and according to VooPoo offers 30 days of use without leaks, with a coil life of 90ml. The new "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridge offers good feedback with the lips, filling from the top requires lifting the rubber by inserting a nail under it, unfortunately for me who don't have sharp nails this operation is rather uncomfortable.

VooPoo offers a wide range of replacement "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridges to provide users with a diversified vaping experience from MTL to RDL. They are available with different resistive values and with capacities of 2/3ml. You can choose to use disposable or "empty pod" type cartridges with replaceable ITO coils. This new line of updated cartridges is compatible with all previous VOOPOO ARGUS POD family products, including the new ARGUS G2 Mini, ARGUS G2 and ARGUS P2, as well as ARGUS G, ARGUS P1, ARGUS P1s, ARGUS Z, ARGUS POD SE and ARGUS POD.

► VooPoo Argus G2 MINI; Usage:
To guide the user towards the correct use of vaping devices and e-liquids, this time VOOPOO has included a rich advice card in its packaging. This sheet explains how to address and resolve common problems that may occur.

► VOOPOO ARGUS G2 MINI; Final conclusions:
The 0.7Ω cartridge included in the kit is dedicated to MTL vaping, I really appreciated its flavor, especially with open airflow. Restricting the airflow results in a well-contrasted MTL hit with a good throat hit and slightly warmer vapor. Furthermore, ARGUS G2 MINI with a maximum output of 30W also pairs perfectly with the new 0.4Ω cartridge (purchasable separately) which is able to give a concentrated flavor with fluid aspirations accompanied by a considerable amount of steam. After very intense use of these cartridges I have not detected any trace of condensation in the compartment/pod. Compared to other similar Pod cartridges on the market, the VOOPOO ARGUS Top Fill cartridge has a larger integrated coil and this undoubtedly makes atomization more efficient and more adequate. The interpretation of the iCOSM CODE flavor seems to me to be up to par and even superior to the best proposals from the competition. In conclusion, I would like to recommend ARGUS G2 MINI because it is a very attractive kit despite belonging to an entry-level product range, furthermore the vaping autonomy is quite long thanks to the 1,200mAh internal battery, recharging the battery itself is fast , and the power delivered is strong and constant until the end.
