Hello friends and welcome to my review of the Argus G2 Mini pod from Voopoo. The Argus G2 Mini has a internal 1200mAh battery and a power output of 30 watts max, you will not be able to adjust wattage though because the device has a fixed power per pod being used. There are no buttons on this device but there is a adjustable airflow control by way of a slider. The pod in this kit is compatible with all Argus devices. After some info from Voopoo I'll give you all my findings on the Argus G2 Mini.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

This is a very simple device and so is it's packaging being a box with the device and only pod already installed in it wrapped and sealed in a plastic bag along with the user manual that is a pamphlet in different languages.

I'm surprised there is only one pod in this kit, I think there should be 2. Picking the device up I found it to be rather lightweight and it should be being aluminum. I looked for a fire or power button but found none so turning the device completely off is a no go.

I really like the fact that the pod is side fill and can be filled without removal. I am also happy Voopoo lightly tinted the pod for a easy glance to see juice levels.

The first order of testing was to fully charge the device that uses a bottom USB-C charge port, it didn't take very long for the device to become fully charged.

When charging the little LED battery indicator flashes slowly, if your almost depleted on battery life the color will be red then switch to white the closer it gets to being fully charged, once fully charged the flashing light will become solid and turn off letting you know charging is complete.

The bottom also has RGB lights that illuminate when vaping of installing a pod, these lights can be turned off though by vaping 3 quick vapes. To turn them on again is done the same way.

Having side fill is great especially because the pod can be filled without removal from the device, the fill port opening is large but pay attention at the end of your fill, a air bubble can arise sometimes causing a backup of juice entering the lightly tinted pod. This pod connects like most do with magnets, these magnets are fairly strong and keep the pod attached very securely.

Airflow adjustment is done via a slide control that also contains a dedicated very small hole for a very tight MTL vape, my personal airflow choice is the small hole with a large hole open.

The battery strength indicator is a small Led at the bottom of one side of the device, while White in color battery strength is between 100 - 15%, it turns red in color once the battery strength is 15% or under. I wish that there was a middle ground light offered but it is what it is, charging to full once it's in the Red takes roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I really like the gradient color and how streamlined the Argus G2 Mini looks from any angle.

    FINAL IMPRESSIONS

I really can't come up with many cons for the kit except for the fact that it should have 2 pods not just one and that there should be middle ground battery strength indicator light .

The auto draw works great and it's pretty quiet and smooth. the more you open it up the louder it becomes but that's normal.

It is really lightweight and has a very good hand feel, the airflow intake holes are in a good position and during testing I never blocked them with my hand unintentionally.

The flavor is very good and it's there right away, no break in time on this pod. Having a 1200mAh battery is a big plus as well and even though the RGB lights don't drain the battery much because they are not on very long you have a option to turn them off increasing battery life a bit more.

I would like to thank Voopoo for providing the Argus G2 Mini for the purpose of my review and I do recommend it. I would also like to thank all of you that read my reviews.

    THANK YOU
