Hi, today let's take a look at the ARGUS A Kit sent to me by VOOPOO. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

The ARGUS A packaging stands out for its attractive design and attention to detail. The front, features the branding and name of the device, along with a nice graphical representation of the device. On the back of the package, the user can find all the necessary information, such as the packing list, warnings for use and contact details of the manufacturing company, Shenzhen Woody Vapes Technology Co., LTD. The sides of the box are equally informative, with icons describing the main features of the device, QR Code for immediate support, barcodes, Scratch&Check to verify the authenticity of the product, and an indication of the color of the model inside the packaging. This approach to packaging not only protects the device, but also provides a complete and satisfying user experience from the first glance.

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; Introduction:
The VooPoo Argus A, with its style that screams "anime" is the little ninja of the vaping world. This device not only has the cool looks, but also the substance, with a 1100 mAh battery that allows you to vape all day without desperately searching for an electrical outlet. With a maximum output of 30W, it's like having a little samurai fighting against your steam enemies. But don't let the size fool you; This little warrior has more tricks up its sleeve than you might imagine, like an animated dual display that looks like it's straight out of a high-quality video game and an air control that lets you customize each shot like you're painting a vapor masterpiece. ► VOOPOO ARGUS A; Adjustable Airflow:
The "Azure Blue" colorway of the ARGUS A is very beautiful and seems to evoke the image of the sea through its gradient color. Choosing a zinc alloy chassis not only gives the device a sturdy build, but also a sense of superior quality. The compactness and ease of handling of ARGUS A make it an extremely practical device, suitable for those who are always on the move. The air control system, operated by a robust metal pin, offers further customization of the user experience, allowing users to choose between open or restricted airflow, depending on their preferences and the cartridge in use. This flexibility in airflow control is an example of how ARGUS A was designed with users' specific needs in mind.

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; The first POD with dual zone display:
The back of the Mod features the vertical writing "ARGUS" in relief and in silver color. On the front we find a design with dual displays, both are elegantly placed, so that the upper (larger) one embraces the lower one.

• In the upper display there are;
A semicircle with six notches that light up progressively during the puff, the backlit writing "VOOPOO", the active mode (Power, Eco, Super) the value of the coil, the duration of the last puff, and the total number of puffs .

• In the lower display there are;
A different dynamic animation for each set mode that is activated during the shot, the graphic indication with percentage of the cell charge level, the set power, and the lock/unlock symbol of the Fire button.

The features of the ARGUS A dual-zone display allow you to have complete and fun information. Furthermore, to save energy it is possible to completely deactivate the graphics except for the "VOOPOO" writing in the upper display.

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; 2A fast charging:
During the charging phase, the graphic animation is activated on both displays, on the front display the six-sector semicircle lights up progressively and the remaining time is shown below. The lower display shows the increasing percentage of cell loading with percentage, when the device goes into standby the graphic animation shows 3 different and captivating animated themes with the cell loading percentage in the centre. ARGUS A eliminates waiting times, and you will be able to get a full charge from 0 to 100% in just 40 minutes!

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; Operational Guide:
In the image below you can see the Fire button which can be deactivated in favor of automatic shooting, this is also the MODE button. In the center there is the on/off slider button which is extraordinarily useful and fast as well as convenient. Returning to the MODE button we see that; you can turn off/on the dual display animation with two taps. You can adjust the power with three touches, or with 5 touches you can enter the menu and choose; the complete display of the device's usage history, choose whether to activate or deactivate the Fire button, select one of the three vaping modes (POWER, ECO, SUPER), delete the number of puffs, finally exit to return to the main screen.

In addition to the dual-screen display, ARGUS A also integrates vibration feedback to provide vaper's with a comfortable and engaging user experience.

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; Over and under:
The lower base of ARGUS A has a generous footprint which is useful for keeping the device firmly upright, even during the charging phase. On the lower base there is also information regarding; the name of the device, battery capacity, logos & legal marks. The compartment/pod features inside; two powerful magnets, the sensor for automatic activation of the shot and two gold-plated floating contacts.

• Top Fill 3X Upgrade Cartridge:
The ARGUS G2 kit is equipped with a new, completely updated cartridge, featuring the exclusive iCOSM CODE flavor interpretation technology. The cartridge is called "ARGUS TOP Fill". It features an e-liquid capacity of 3ml and according to VooPoo offers 30 days of use without leaks, with a coil life of 90ml. Inside the ARGUS A package we find; 1 Top Fill ARGUS Cartridge 0.4Ω (3mL) and 1 Top Fill ARGUS Cartridge 0.7Ω (3mL).

The new "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridge offers good feedback with the lips, filling from the top requires lifting the rubber by inserting a nail under it, unfortunately for me who don't have sharp nails this operation is rather uncomfortable.

VooPoo offers a wide range of replacement "ARGUS TOP Fill" cartridges to provide users with a diversified vaping experience from MTL to RDL. They are available with different resistive values and with capacities of 2/3ml. You can choose to use disposable or "empty pod" type cartridges with replaceable ITO coils. This new line of updated cartridges is compatible with all products in the VOOPOO ARGUS POD family, including the ARGUS A (naturally) and the launched ARGUS G2, ARGUS P2, ARGUS G, ARGUS P1, ARGUS P1s, ARGUS Z, ARGUS POD SE and ARGUS POD previously.

► VOOPOO ARGUS A; Final conclusions:
The 0.7Ω cartridge dedicated to MTL vaping is automatically set to 16W by the chipset, with this cartridge I really appreciated the good flavor obtainable especially with open airflow, the aromatic yield is of a good level with exemplary operation and no spitting. By restricting the airflow you get a hot and contrasty MTL shot, with a good throat hit. Furthermore, ARGUS A with a maximum output of 30W can also be used with the new 0.4Ω cartridge which is capable of providing a concentrated flavour, with deep and fluid aspirations, accompanied by a considerable amount of steam. The 0.4Ω cartridge dedicated to RDL vaping is automatically set to 25W by the intelligent chipset. After very intense use of both of these cartridges I have not detected any trace of condensation in the compartment/pod. Compared to other similar Pod cartridges on the market, the VOOPOO ARGUS Top Fill cartridge has a larger integrated coil and this undoubtedly makes atomization more efficient and more adequate. The interpretation of the iCOSM CODE flavor seems to me to be up to par and even superior to the best proposals from the competition. In conclusion I would like to recommend ARGUS A because it is a very attractive kit that offers excellent tactile feedback and new features; increased e-liquid capacity, longer battery life with super fast charging. The choice of 3 different vaping modes allows the user to choose between a standard power delivery, a super power delivery and a power saving mode. The new animated dual screen interaction along with vibration feedback truly offers an extraordinarily engaging and intuitive vaping experience. This Kit is suitable for more advanced users who like to try new technologies and seek personalized experiences, but also meets the practical needs of most vaper's.
