Vision spinner 2 wont charge

I am charging my vision spinner 2 for the first time but the usb light is green as soon as I plug it into my pc but when I twist my vision spinner onto the usb nothing happens, the light on the usb stays green and nothing lights up on the vision spinner what is wrong?

You got me but I'm happy to commiserate. I just replaced my vision spinner 2 with a MVP v2 because the thing #1 would rarely charge all the way white regardless of the tips I learned here and #2 no matter how much of a charge it was going to orange in 2-4 hours of moderate use maybe once an hour. I got it at my B&M where the owner didn't know the correct charge colors and blamed me for using it as soon as I got it (heck they filled my new tank and put it on for me). I strongly suspect mine was a fake because when it worked it was great.

How tightly are you screwing it onto the charger? I've found with mine that it's better to not tighten it all the way. I'd also recommend plugging it into a wall adapter rather than your computer - you'll get a better overall charge.

The only time I DID get a full charge was using my computer as opposed to wall adapter. Older home who knows what's going on with my house current.

The battery light does not come on when its in the wall either, I am ..........

Pull the post up on the battery and slowly screw onto charger

Genuine Spinner 2's are exactly 4-7/8" long. Fakes are slightly shorter.

King, try this...
Once you have the charger connected to a power source and the Battery screwed in to the charger...tap the power button on the battery once, very quickly. It should blink several times an go solid. If it does...leave it charging till the light goes out on the battery.
Let us know if that works.

These are 3 images of the usb being plugged in so the green light is on and one of me pressing the button to show it blue so prove its not at full charger and 3rd is when its in and its just an idle green light and nothing happens with the battery

logic the battery is on while its charging, I have to press it 5 times to turn it off and once I click it once when its off nothing happens, when I click it once when it stays solid only if I hold down the button, basically what i do when i vape it, when I let it go it goes back to blank and the light turns off.

Does it fire a tank if you attach one?

As mentioned earlier in the thread, try the pin lift fix, and if that doesn't work i would attempt to contact the vendor and hopefully they will work with you since the product is new.

King, you don't have to turn it off to charge it. So with it on, screw it into the charger, tap the power button once really quickly. When you turn it off, I don't think the pressing the button once with activate the charging. Try it again as I suggested.
And yes...the light on the battery will say on while it's charging.

xtwos, I am not sure exactly what firing a tank is can you explain it? And logic when I press it once really fast while its on and connected to the charger it does nothing but do 1 blue blink as if I did a very quick hit, basically like if I took a 0.01 second drag.

Because if it fires a tank, then its less likely that its a contact issue with the battery and more likely an issue with the charger.

Have you tried the pin fix yet or not?

Also i've never heard of a ego/spinner that required any 'button input' (ie pressing to start charge), beyond being turned on (doesnt even matter on most ego styles).

Screwing a tank (preferably full of liquid...lol) onto the battery and seeing if it will produce vapor (fire).

I realize now why this is confusing, think of it like a gun, pull the trigger and it 'fires', on an e-cig you push the button and it 'fires'.

It will only produce vapor if I hold down the button, if I am not touching the button and put a tank with ejuice on it nothing will happen
