If you have a local vape shop nearby, bring both the battery and charger to them for inspection. They will measure the battery voltage and inspect the connection between the battery and charger.

Probably what has happened is the center pin in the battery has been pushed too far into the battery housing. This can be easily done by over-tightening your charger or tank on the battery.

Using a tool to "tease" the center pin up higher may be a fix for your problem.

I've had that happen when the charger wasn't making a good contact with the battery. Did you get the charger with the Spinners?

Good to find a physical person that can help you. A vape shop was mentioned, that is a good idea. Or, if you know someone that vapes, ask them.

There is a lot of great information here, it has helped me....to quit smoking, appreciate vaping, and to have a fun hobby. Jump in and read.

Glad you found us, ask anything, people here are very helpful.

Unfortunately those things are so finicky about chargers that they ought to include one known to work. Some say they require a 510 cigalike charger not an eGo, of course they look identical. The best I've seen come with the MFS $8 EVOD kit and say "CHARGER" on them not "USB CHARGER".

It isn't straight from the box, usually already charged? Clean? Try sort of wiggling it, loosening it, sometimes a very quick interruption will kick them into action.

You can do the same with the charger, pry up the center contact. That can get pushed too far in.

Other than that taking it to a shop is probably what you need to do. Unless you have vaping friends. Then you could try a different Spinner on your charger, and try your Spinners on a different charger.

Ive found out that vision has made a special charger for the vision spinner. Do you think it'll actually help?

I once bought a Kanger or Vision 'fast charger' and it seemed better. I used it on a Spinner 1 and 2 x Spinner 2.
Sadly, Spinner batteries are sometimes troublesome and many don't last very long. Just poor batteries in comparison to small box mods.

I highly recommend getting away from spinners. They are convenient yes. But they also cost alot. An eleaf istick 60w box mod is say 30-40. Throw in 20 bucks for 2 3000 mah efest batteries. And 25 bucks for a charger. And you will be getting a mod with a replaceable battery. And 3000 mah is nearly double the 1600 mah of the vision spinner 2.

The spinner style chargers are VERY delicate. I found this out the hard way, NEVER suspend them hanging on the charger, they need to be rested on something so it does not pull or push on the battery piece. I did that and damaged one just from the weight of the battery.
