Very oily taste in mouth

Hi i have been vapeing now for 4 weeks.
I have my ejuice at 50 pg and 50 vg and what i am finding is my mouth always taste Oily and yuck
why is this happening? is this normal

Could be the flavoring of the liquid you are vaping or it could be you aren't drinking enough fluids.

There are some great threads on "Vapers Mouth" do a search for this term, if you are vaping at too low of a temp you can have incomplete combustion which leaves a film, also you should sip between vapes and use a good mouthwash with alcohol to break up the film.

This happens to all of us at first and it is depressing, but with vigorous oral care and clearing the sinuses you will be back enjoying you vape in no time!

I've seen some people suggest tongue scrapers and something to clean the palette. The only other thing I can think of is cleaning out your new clearos or tanks before use.

too much vg for u maybe, try 70/30.

when this has happened to me it was always a result of burnt wicking material. What are you using to vape? Vivia Nova, Kanger t3 type stuff?

Hi i have been useing stardust because i like those better than the kanger and i always clean them out.im geting a film in my mouth and cant seem to get rid of it
I have been useing mouth wash as well but that doesnt help,I will try the 70/30 thanks

I have been at it a while and even went through the dreaded vapors tongue! But even now I can notice a difference as the day goes on if I don't drink my water. Even just drinking one glass I can tell a big difference. If it gets really bad may I recommend Biotine? Its a mouth rinse that can be found with the mouthwashes. Not the greatest tasting stuff in the world but it helps.

Also don't rely on just mouthwash. Mouthwash is full of alcohol and all that will do is dry out your mouth more.
