VAPTIO P1 stuck on max ...... help

Hey guys, new to the site. Was wondering if anyone can help my vap seems stuck on the highest level which is way to strong for me being a beginner. Can anyone help....... please

Try turning it off and on again, and if it has a battery, try taking it out and putting it back in and see if that helps. Does it have a "lock" function?

Found this online, guess it does have a lock function:

Press both function buttons (small buttons) together. Red light will flash to indicate a lock. This just keeps your current settings in place removing accidental wattage changes.

It may be locked. Contact the supplier or try to unlock it by using the instructions for another mod.

Looks like what Bonskibon said: pressing the adjustment buttons together 2 times locks -- and also unlocks, so try that!

Think Id inadvertently locked it to begin with, Like i say a novice at this. All sorted now guys thank you so much for your help
