    GTX GO 80 / 40W available colors:
    • Black, Matte Gray, Red, Blue, Rainbow.

    Details:
For this test I received the Matte Gray color version for the GTX GO 80 and Rainbow for the GTX GO 40.
Both devices have the same design and the same color options. The anodized aluminum alloy makes them wear resistant and aesthetically pleasing.
The main differences between the two versions are; the size, battery capacity, output power, type and capacity of the pod and the different resistance range of the usable GTX coils.

    Super-easy single button operation:
The square-shaped Fire button made of plastic material with a rough texture is slightly protruding and incorporates the notification LED, on the bottom of the mod we find the writing "Vaporesso" arranged vertically.
On the opposite side we find the 2A USB-C type charging port (1A for the GTX 40 GO), in the lower part there is the Vaporesso logo.

    AFC:
The upper part of the Mod with the "chalice" profile houses the Pod. To power the Coil, two opposing slots have been made on the body / battery. To vary the air flow just rotate the Pod. The slots on the GTX GO 80 measure 12x2mm those of the GTX GO 40 measure 10x2mm.

    GTX GO above and below:
The Pod compartment contains the two gold-plated electrical contact pins in the center, the metal ring for the magnetic attraction of the cartridge is not suspended as on 99% of pod / circular systems but is an integral part of the "floor" this fact favors for cleaning operation if needed.

On the bottom of GTX GO there is a small safety vent hole for the integrated battery, the battery characteristics, logos and legal marks are also shown on the bottom.

    SSS Leak-Resistant Technology:
Vaporesso has devised several strategies to effectively seal the system / pod from leaks.
    • The top refill has a membrane to let the liquid in but not to let it out.
    • The junction between the chimney and the coil is equipped with a large o'ring for an optimal seal
    • New type of absorbent material offers constant liquid saturation
    • The latest batch of GTX coils feature double o-rings to ensure optimum leak tightness.

    GTX Pod:
The Pod system is equipped with a very light Top-cap with integrated drip-tip and not replaceable but correctly sized according to the GTX GO version 80 or 40.
The Top-Cap with internal (red) gasket can be quickly unscrewed / screwed with 1/4 turn. The system uses 3 teeth that slide on the tracks present laterally in the upper part of the cartridge. The silicone membrane allows you to insert the needle of the container for filling and not to let the liquid escape. On the upper surface of the cartridge there is a small vent hole to keep the pressure inside the tank under control.
The bottom of the cartridge has 4 powerful magnets that guarantee a firm grip on the Mod, the coils are inserted by pressure.

    GTX Coil:
GTX GO 80 3,000mAh with the GTX 26 tank can use and manage all GTX Coil series, comes with a 0.2Ω GTX Mesh-Coil with Range (45-60W) for RDL / DL use.

GTX GO 40 1,500mAh with the GTX 22 tank can better use and manage GTX Coil with a value higher than 0.3Ω. A 0.6Ω GTX Mesh Coil with Range (20-30W) is supplied and recommended with the Kit for MTL / RDL use.
    * Below we see the table of recommended Coils for both versions of GTX GO.

Vaporesso GTX GO 80 & GTX GO 40 Kit 14.jpg

    Operation Guide:
GTX GO works in Bypass Mode, the circuit automatically recognizes the coil and feeds it with adequate power based on the battery charge level.
    • To turn on / off, 5-click on the Fire button

    Battery level indicators:
    • Green LED color: High battery status (70% -100%)
    • Blue LED color: Medium battery status (30% -70%)
    • Red LED color: Low battery status (0% -30%)

    Protection Indications:
    • Low resistance protection: The resistance value is too low, the led blinks 5 times and the output stops
    • Short-circuit protection: The device detects a short circuit, the led blinks 5 times and the output stops
    • No load protection: The device does not detect the atomizer, the led blinks 5 times
    • High resistance protection: The resistance value is too high, the led blinks 5 times and the output stops
    • Low voltage protection: Before vaping the battery voltage is too low, the led blinks 3 times and the output stops
    • Over Charge Protection: The device is fully charged, the red LED turns green.
    • Over Discharge Protection: The battery voltage is too low, the led blinks 3 times and the output stops
    • Auto Shut-Off Protection: If the single Puff lasts 10 consecutive seconds, the LED flashes 3 times and the output stops
    • Over Heat Protection: The device detects too high a PCB temperature, the led blinks 5 times and the output stops

    Final conclusions:
Ease of use is the key to both GTX GOs, there are no complex key combinations or menu systems to study to navigate. One button operation means you can start vaping right away. Vaporesso GTX GO automatically adjusts the power according to the installed resistance.
Based on your vaping preference (MTL or DL) you will surely find in GTX GO (80 or 40) the right version for your perfect entry level.

GTX GO 80 with its generous 3,000mAh battery is able to provide a high autonomy. Through the 2A Type-C port it takes about 100 minutes for a full charge cycle.
The perfect handling of the GTX Sub-Ohm coils, the 5ml pod Tank, the generous size of the AFC and the rather wide Drip-Tip, are features that make the GO 80 an entry level high performance device for RDL / DL vaping

GTX GO 40 with its 1,500mAh battery offers the best compromise of durability using GTX Coil MTL starting at 0.6Ω.
Through the 1A Type-C port, the GO 40 can be fully recharged in 80 minutes.
The Drip-Tip and the dimensions of the AFC with restricted partialization are characteristics that are well suited to the MTL Vape and that make the GO 40 a very interesting Entry Level device for quitting smoking.

The recent changes introduced by Vaporesso to its Pod and Coil (SSS Leak Resistant) are a huge step forward. The GTX GO cartridge is truly leak proof, maintenance and cleaning are minimized. In this sense, the updated series of GTX resistors for Pods with double o-rings is probably the most advanced option currently on the market. The condensation of the Pod system will no longer make you angry, moreover the performance and durability of these GTX Coils by Vaporesso are positive characteristics that you all know or have surely heard about them.
    Thanks for reading.

Thanks to Vaporesso for sending me the products for free in exchange for my honest evaluation.

Thanks friend, I look forward to reading your review, I also really like your work.

Did you by chance try any other coils besides the ones included? I'm running a .6 in the 80 right now after running the .2 for a while.

Sorry, at the moment I have not tried other coils

No problem, I was just wondering. I might try a .3 in the 40 before I do my review. I really like the gtx coils and am pretty well stocked on several different resistances.

I think the 40 is more suitable for the coil .6
For me too the GTX coils for Pod systems are the best since the latest update.

I agree but just want to try the .3 to see how it does since it’s one of the recommended coils.
