Vaping in most European countries is acceptable. I went to Italy last year and had no issues with vaping outdoors or in my hotel room. Mexico is a different story. It is illegal but that law is being challenged. I didn't take any chances and brought nicotine gum.
I see Italy is lovely, especially the food and the people. Maybe next time

The last time through Mexico, at the very beginning of the pandemic, I got the stink eye at customs. I think that was when they were first starting to crack down, and I was pressing my luck.
Thailand, not so much. I didn't even bother and picked up on the stinkies right away. They were cheap there, too.
In Spain, I would suggest you come here, to Palma De Mallorca.
Where are you visiting in each nation? How long will you be in each location?
Will you be driving or flying between destinations?
Vaping is very popular in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, I predict you will not have any issues/problems.
ETA: chillest for me has been on top of the Teide.
Safe travels
I
Most certainly, if you can stand my brothers
Right now, it's flying into Madrid and spending 2 or 3 days there, or somewhere else. Head to Morocco, I don't know where, Looking at Tangiers, Fes, Marrakech, or a combination there of. Then, to either Lisbon or Porto. Looking at 12 days up to 2 weeks; maybe 3 days in each area. I'm hoping to either get a ferry or a train ride on a leg, but mostly flying due to time restraints. We might fly straight to Lisbon, transportation is still
up in the air.
Teide looks awesome.
I'm packing a beater rig for charging batts instead of bringing my charger to save space.
Cheers
