I'm sorry if a thread has already been posted about this or if this isn't the right place to post this, but here goes:

Ever since I started vaping a lot more than normal, I've been having trouble sleeping, today especially. I've noticed that if I vape while I'm in bed, I can not sleep. I have to literally force my eyes shut and that makes it impossible to fall asleep.

I have currently been awake for over 24 hours and I'm wondering if this is common amongst fellow vapers.

I use 18mg nicotine juice and I'm not for sure if the nicotine is the reason or not. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

I have just the opposite effect as does my wife we vape a e pipe and find it most relaxing and we a lot of times dose off right on the couch after a good vape.
I don't think its the vaping keeping you awake not knowing what else is going on in your life but might I suggest a e pipe with a soothing flavor such as Custards Revenge
or one of the pipe sauces out there JMO.

Right after a couple of weeks I figured out I needed to go to 0 nic after dinner.
Seems I would have difficulty sleeping and when I did...the dreams were bizarre !
There are many threads here re sleep and nic...most are probably in Health, Safety an E-Smoking
(try searching with : lucid dreams)

Quite odd too...always had that extra cigarette or two before jumping into bed before.

When people with this problem smoked cigarettes, did they have the same results when smoking before going to bed? Vaping allegedly delivers less nicotine than smoking.

Vaping delivers nicotine less efficiently, but new vapers often use higher levels of juice that they may not need. It's a juggling game to find out what works best for each individual. I actually never have a problem with sleeping even when vaping right up until bedtime. I use 12 mg juice, but even back when I first started and was using 24 mg juice I didn't have a problem sleeping when vaping at night. However, SOME people might.

There is no doubt for me. I have to stop vaping about an hour and a half before I go to bed or I'll be up for hours. I didn't have this problem with cigarettes as much but they also kept me up coughing and wheezing.. Don't miss those days. I do notice it is easier to go a couple hours without vaping than it ever was with cigs.
