vaping at cedar point

I vaped all day at cedar point monday,only had 2 times that employees said something about no smoking.once I explained it to them that I was not smoking but vaping they were cool with it.I did get a ton of stares and double takes from people all day though.

If it's like the theme parks in my area, they have designated smoking areas. Can't just light up anywhere.

Most amusement parks ban smoking. It's private property, so it's up to the owners. Most parks with a high concentration of children will ban smoking.

Heh, at least they have a good reason (children).

I work at one of the many college's in the US that have a campus wide smoking ban. You can't light up anywhere on campus, not even the middle of a parking lot in your own vehicle.

I was at cedar pointe shortly before I got my 510. I had a couple cigarettes and no one bothered me. I've always thought it was just no smoking in lines. It might be no smoking everywhere, but I know a couple employees saw my girlfriend and I smoking and didnt say anything.

They (cedar point) doesn't let you smoke in the waiting lines or most eating areas if I remember correctly. Which I can understand. Yes it's outside... but your still right next to a whole bunch of people.

The longer I go without a analog, the more I understand the position of those who want to ban smoking inside, ect.

I vaped in the theater last night for the first time. No problems. It was great.

yes its outside but there is no smoking except for designated areas.but I was able to vape all day in line,gift shops,the saloon,everywhere! it was awesome!

I vaped in court on Monday. I was pretty discreet and held in the vapor. This is just city court in a very small city. The judge was wearing jeans. I was in the seating area and not called up to speak to the judge.
I figured it would be a good time to educate any law enforcement before any incidents happen since there were a half dozen of them there.
I have a nosy neighbor who has been spying on me when I am sitting on my porch and vaping. She hides behind a tree and peeks. I heard her telling her husband "she's smoking something! She put it in her pocket!!" I can just see her calling the pd.

It will be interesting to see how Disney handles it on an upcoming trip in September.

My guess is that they've seen it before due to the high rate of international travelers in the park.

Wow, that's just insane. So the college kids can go drink until they puke all of their insides out but nobody can light up an analog on campus. Suuuure that makes losts of sense.
