It really says, "and other ingredients that may cause drama in the vape community" ?
To be honest with you, I would not vape it. They may be telling you that whatever is in it is dangerous to vape.
They kill 7 smurfs for each bottle made. Didn't you know you're supporting smurf killers?

I believe if it is the original Blue smurf it has some stuff in it that vendors don't use anymore. They now sell crystal smurf which is a different recipe that has eliminated the things that we now know may not be good for you. Recently though they produced a batch of the original recipe though, and may have put that on there just as a warning.
I would take that to mean it contains diacetyl or the like. What the 'drama' line refers to is the overreaction within the vaping community that this ingredient caused, unnecessarily and at no small cost in my opinion.
