FYI, bright yellow urine can also mean you have taken too much vitamin C. Vit. C is water soluable and what your body can't use within a few hour will getexcreted through the urine. So for you vitamin junkies it mean you are just pis*ing your money away. Time release Vit C is the best way to take it.

I've been pissing my money away for years since I heard that smokers should take more vit C I still take extra vit c and keep drinking gallons of water daily LOL
