Trident tips and tricks

I got the Trident hcigar clone. I wanted to share a few of my tips and tricks so far. I also welcome you to share any of your tips. Here goes

Tip 1: If the o rings are too tight you can remove one of them. I removed the highest and the lowest o-rings. Now I can take them apart much easier.

Tip 2: Do not soak your Trident in vinegar to clean it. Im not sure what works, but when I removed my Trident from the vinegar, it became oxidezed or corroded. It still works though. The parts which got affected were the copper contacts and the posts.

Any other tips you can share with me, such as is a higher level coil or lower level coil better. Also, has anyone had success drilling extra airholes for a tighter dual coil draw. Thanks..

I would think drilling more holes or expanding existing ones gives a more airy draw rather than a tighter draw. Since I do lung inhales I prefer a wide open bore and large air holes.

I always try to have my coils the same height as the air holes. Anything else and you may be getting too much throat hit and a lack of vapor.

also your coils don't go swimming in the pool.

yes. don't try to straighten out the slits in the posts with a screwdriver etc they will break


pull your coil to the edge of the well but allow for the thickness of the centre barrel part that comes down inside

if it breaks buy another one don't try to replace it with a fatty its not the same league
